About the creator

Lustgarten, PhD

"My goal is to live longer than anyone that's ever lived."

PhD in Physiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (2009), and 15 years as a scientist on Tufts University's Nutrition, Exercise Physiology & Sarcopenia team, dedicated to understanding aging at the molecular level.

After 10+ years of rigorous n=1 self-experimentation, he built this platform to bring the same data-driven approach to anyone pursuing optimal health. Those years included tracking biomarkers of every major organ system, correlating diet and supplementation with outcomes, and documenting it all publicly.
