in numbers.
From raw data to
longevity insight
in four steps.
Every step maps to something measurable in the peer-reviewed literature. No wellness scores. No proprietary vibes. Just a pipeline from inputs to insight.
Your bloodwork,
instrumented.
Not a wellness app with a ring score. A working panel: every marker plotted against its optimal range, biological age recomputed with every test.
Everything you need
to optimize longevity.
Built from a decade of self-experimentation. Discover your personalized recipe for optimal health.
Michael
Lustgarten, PhD
"My goal is to live longer than anyone that's ever lived."
PhD in Physiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (2009), and 15 years as a scientist on Tufts University's Nutrition, Exercise Physiology & Sarcopenia team, dedicated to understanding aging at the molecular level.
After 10+ years of rigorous n=1 self-experimentation, he built this platform to bring the same data-driven approach to anyone pursuing optimal health. Those years included tracking biomarkers of every major organ system, correlating diet and supplementation with outcomes, and documenting it all publicly.
Every protocol on this platform is documented publicly, test by test, on the Conquer Aging channel.

What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta, and no card is required to join. When pricing arrives, beta members hear first and keep the best rate.
What data do I need to start?
Any recent blood panel. PhenoAge needs 9 common serum markers — albumin, creatinine, glucose, CRP, lymphocyte %, MCV, RDW, ALP, and white blood cells — all part of routine bloodwork. Paste values in or upload a CSV.
How is biological age computed?
With PhenoAge (Levine et al., 2018), a peer-reviewed model validated on roughly 10,000 people. It is computed live from your own serum markers — there is no proprietary score.
Who can see my data?
You. Data is encrypted at rest, never sold, and never used to train models. You can export every marker, meal, and reading as CSV whenever you want.
Do I need an Apple Watch or Whoop?
No. Wearables enrich the picture with HRV, sleep, and VO₂ max, but bloodwork is the core of the method. Cronometer and CSV import cover the rest.
